All in-house ideas are posted with the understanding they are original ideas, or have been obtained with full publishing rights from various sources.

Because millions of business ideas are filed/posted monthly it is quite possible some of our entries seem copies. This is not intentional, and we will immediately remove if you give us reference to original; or you may wish us to acknowledge your claim of copyright and allow the testing to continue to your benefit.

Note: ideas themselves cannot be copyright – they become so by formulating and presenting them in some vehicle or structure – they then increase in value. The vast majority of ideas have little value because they are never executed.

All inventions which need protection before posting should be patented. If in any doubt seek professional advice before discussing it with anyone.

IN-HOUSE IDEAS

All in-house ideas - that is, those posted by the TMI creative team – are copyright to HumbirdUK. If you wish to own any tested idea you must apply by email/mail/fax. In nearly all cases you will be given permission, including an “attached” domain name.

This is one of the quickest, simplest and cost effective ways of protecting and establishing legal ownership. Fee, including domain name, depends on the amount of testing/ranking etc – usually in the range of $20 - $200.
